I, Yaser, a young man with lofty aspirations and a focused vision for a bright future, embarked on my journey in 2001 by boldly taking on the responsibility of managing my grandfather's real estate office. Despite encountering significant challenges, my self-confidence and innovative ideas enabled me to navigate my path toward success.

 

By implementing modern management concepts and leveraging academic knowledge, I transformed the real estate office into a comprehensive platform of services. Establishing several new branches and expanding construction activities, I emerged as a trailblazer in Iran's real estate industry. Managing sales for major banks such as Day Bank and serving as a real estate consultant for the Tehran Municipality further solidified my reputation. Always adhering to principles of honesty and ethics, and leading a committed team, I successfully managed and sold over 3000 residential units in the heart of Tehran, constructing more than 200 units myself.

 

Obtaining a degree in business management facilitated my transition from traditional business to modern real estate management. Drawing upon the knowledge and experiences of industry leaders like Professor Masoud Heydari and Dr. Masoud Eqbali, I honed my skills in negotiation and sales.

 

With my migration to Canada in 2020, my wife, Maryam, and I embarked on a new journey in the real estate market, building on our past experiences. Through collaborative efforts, with me as a real estate agent and Maryam as a mortgage agent, we find joy in achieving our professional and personal goals while upholding professional ethics such as honesty, transparency, knowledge, experience, and prompt customer responsiveness, which continue to be recognized as pillars of our success.
